This plan was created by the Ajman Higher Energy Committee to control the emirate’s petroleum trade activities. The Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, has approved the Ajman Energy Strategy 2030, which seeks to promote efficient energy use, follow international best practices in energy management, and strike a balance between the demands of environmental sustainability and economic development.
The Crown Prince emphasized that this plan offers a clear route to a secure, advanced, and sustainable energy system by 2030, emphasizing innovation, governance, sustainability, and the creation of development possibilities to improve people’s quality of life.
According to Sheikh Ammar, the Ajman Higher Energy Committee created this plan to control the emirate’s petroleum trade activities using best practices to guarantee the greatest possible service delivery and conformity to international energy trends. The Crown Prince made this announcement while presiding over the committee meeting.
Targeting five fundamental principles—sustainability, transparency, safety, collaboration, and innovation—the new approach will concentrate on implementing a sustainable, safe, and innovative energy system over the following five years.
