Fibrex Contracting has been given a Dh2.6 billion contract by Nakheel, a part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, to build the Bay Villas project at Dubai Islands. The newest seaside community development in Nakheel, Bay Villas, has 636 opulent units spread over five different property kinds.
Building on Nakheel’s previous partnership with Fibrex Contracting, which included joint construction on Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City’s (MBRAMC) District One West community, Bay Villas will offer a variety of upscale homes, such as townhouses, semi-detached villas, garden villas, waterfront villas, and beachfront villas. Additionally, residents will have access to first-rate facilities like three pool houses, a beach club, beautifully manicured parks, and more.
