Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the National Security Advisor and Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi, met with US President Donald Trump today at a White House luncheon honoring him that high-ranking US officials attended.<\/p>\n
Sheikh Tahnoon began the meeting by extending President Sheikh Mohamed’s congratulations to US President Donald Trump. He also wished Trump and the welcoming American people continued success and prosperity.<\/p>\n
Sheikh Tahnoon thanked the US President for the kind greeting and lavish hospitality, demonstrating the depth of the two friendly nations’ illustrious relationship. The two leaders talked about improving the long-term strategic alliance between the US and the UAE better to reflect the two friendly nations’ common interests.<\/p>\n
The National Security Advisor for the United Arab Emirates also reaffirmed the nation’s goal to further fortify its economic ties with the United States by expanding their collaboration and speeding up investments in advanced technology, infrastructure, industries, energy, healthcare, and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n
Additionally, he commended President Donald Trump’s leadership and economic policies, which serve as a powerful motivator to boost economic ties and attract foreign direct investment.<\/p>\n
During his official visit to the United States, the Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi met with US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent yesterday to discuss ways to improve the UAE-US partnership in several economic and financial areas to benefit both friendly nations.<\/p>\n
