On Wednesday, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Emaar Properties authorised a 100% dividend payout for 2024, totalling Dh8.8 billion. This comes after Emaar’s revised dividend policy was unveiled in December 2024. The board’s report on the company’s operations and financial status, as well as the auditor’s report for 2024, were also approved during the meeting.<\/p>\n

Approximately Dh70 billion worth of real estate was sold by Emaar in 2024, a 72% increase over 2023. With more than Dh110 billion in revenue backlog from real estate transactions, Emaar is able to sustain future revenue creation.<\/p>\n

Net profit before tax increased by 25% to Dh18.9 billion in 2024, representing a 33% year-over-year growth in total sales to Dh35.5 billion. With a margin of 54%, EBITDA for the year was Dh19.3 billion.<\/p>\n
