\u201cDon\u2019t focus on making quick money; rather, focus on building real relationships. Listen more than you speak and don\u2019t fake knowledge but ask questions. If you don\u2019t know something, say it and go find the answer. People respect honesty more than a perfect sales pitch. Additionally, treat every deal as if it were your own investment, rather than pushing it to a client. And lastly, build your own brand. Avoid copying other agents, figure out what makes you different and lean into it. In a market like Dubai, personality and trust go a long way<\/em>,\u201d Steven suggests.<\/p>\n
