His initiatives—ranging from RESETÉATE to Womentoring—have touched individuals and organizations worldwide, blending art, purpose, and soulful growth. In this conversation with The Worlds Times, Ignacio shares his vision of leadership, the transformative power of art, and his hopes for the future of Liderarte.

Redefining Leadership

We started the interview by asking, “Ignacio, you’ve pioneered the idea of “Learning Through Art®” and the 4A Model (Aprendizaje, Actitud, Alma y Acción). Could you explain how these concepts redefine leadership in today’s world?”

Ignacio Bonasa replied, “Learning Through Art® is based on the belief that art is not just an expression, but a transformative language that touches both intellect and soul. The 4A Model complements this vision: Aprendizaje (continuous learning), Actitud (the mindset we bring), Alma (the connection to purpose and meaning), and Acción (turning inspiration into tangible change). In today’s world of uncertainty and complexity, leaders need more than technical skills—they need emotional intelligence, creativity, and authenticity. Through art, we awaken these dimensions and build organizations that are not only effective but also soulful and resilient.”

Transformative International Projects with Soul

Liderarte has carried out more than 30 international projects “with soul.” Which project has been most transformative for you personally, and why?

Ignacio Bonasa replied, “Each project has touched me deeply, but Dale la Vuelta a la Tortilla stands out. It began as a response to personal and collective pain, transforming adversity into what I call “vitamin for the soul.” Seeing people across continents reclaim their struggles and use them as sources of strength has been humbling. For me, it was a reminder that leadership is not about avoiding difficulties but about embracing them as opportunities to grow, inspire, and serve others.”

The Need for Reconnection: RESETÉATE

RESETÉATE invites people to reconnect with their inner strength and values. Why do you think people today are increasingly seeking this kind of reconnection?

Ignacio Bonasa replied, “We live in an age of hyperconnectivity, but paradoxically, many feel deeply disconnected—from themselves, from others, and from nature. RESETÉATE emerged as a call to pause, breathe, and rediscover what truly matters. People crave meaning and authenticity; they want to align their personal values with their professional lives. This program provides a safe and creative space to rebuild that inner compass, which is essential not only for personal well-being but also for healthier, more human-centered organizations.”

Europe and Latin America’s Role

As President of several international associations, how do you see the role of Europe and Latin America in shaping the future of well-being and soulful organizations?

Ignacio Bonasa replied, “Europe and Latin America share a deep cultural richness and a history of resilience. Both regions are uniquely positioned to bring a humanistic perspective to global leadership—one that values community, solidarity, and creativity. By connecting leaders, companies, and institutions across these continents, we are building bridges that prioritize well-being, diversity, and soulful impact. I believe the future of organizations lies not only in innovation but in integrating soul and purpose into their DNA, and both Europe and Latin America can lead that paradigm shift.”

Convincing Leaders That Art is Strategic

Art is often seen as separate from business. How do you convince leaders and companies that art can be a strategic tool for transformation?

Ignacio Bonasa replied, “At first, some executives are skeptical. But when they experience ARTEcoaching—when they paint, sculpt, or engage creatively—they discover insights that no PowerPoint or spreadsheet could reveal. Art bypasses the rational defenses and goes directly to the heart. It helps leaders see patterns, embrace vulnerability, and unlock creativity. Once they experience that shift, they understand that art is not a luxury, but a powerful strategic tool for innovation, team cohesion, and authentic leadership.”

Empowering Female Talent

Womentoring s a beautiful initiative dedicated to empowering female talent worldwide. What has been its greatest lesson so far?

“The greatest lesson is that empowerment is not about giving women a voice—they already have it. It’s about amplifying it, connecting it, and ensuring it is heard in spaces of influence. Womentoring has shown me the incredible power of solidarity among women, and the need to break the barriers—both external and internal—that limit their potential. For me, it is also a reminder that inclusive leadership is not optional; it is the future.”

The Future Vision of Liderarte

Lastly we asked, “Finally, what is your personal vision for Liderarte in the next decade?”

“My vision is to see Liderarte as a global reference point for soulful leadership, where art and human development meet to create lasting impact. In the next decade, I want to expand our reach into more countries, develop new programs that address the challenges of digital society, and strengthen our international network of soulful organizations. Ultimately, my dream is to inspire a new generation of leaders who not only achieve success but also cultivate meaning, compassion, and beauty in the way they lead.” Ignacio Bonasaconcluded

Connect with Ignacio Bonasa on LinkedIn

For more information visit Liderarte

Also Read :-

Glodi Ntoya’s Journey to Building an International Business

Delivering Sustainable and Innovative Solutions across Industries with Synergy: Safeen Raouf

IgnacioBonasa, founder of Liderarte and pioneer of “Learning Through Art®” and the 4A Model, has transformed the way leadership is perceived across the globe.
