We recently had the opportunity to interview Anthony Joseph Abou-Jaoude, an influential real estate broker and the CEO of Primestay<\/a> and several other leading businesses in the UAE. His journey in the real estate industry started back in 2014.<\/p>\n

Apart from a versatile clientele in the industry due to his exceptional communication skills, marketing expertise, and understanding of markets, Anthony Joseph Abou-Jaoude is also a successful author of two Amazon best-selling books \u2018Take Charge\u2019 and \u2018Take Action\u2019, while being an amazing host of the Dubai Stars podcast. In this insightful interview, Joseph shares his career trajectory, having a collaborative leadership style, retaining top talents, and a shift in businesses due to advanced technology.<\/p>\n

Anthony shared, \u201cBy renting hotel apartments in 2014, I started my career in Real Estate and worked my way up to become Dubai’s top property sales leader for straight five years, from 2018 to 2022. In Dubai’s dynamic and changing real estate market, I work with high-net-worth investors and end-user clients to understand their needs and provide the best solution. As the CEO of Primestay, I have been launching several new companies this year, including Primecleaning and 811 Consultancy. In addition, I wrote two best-selling books \u2018Take Charge\u2019 and \u2018Take Action\u2019 on Amazon<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anthony replied, \u201cDigital information plays a significant role in decision-making today, with real estate investors relying on online platforms for various benefits such as a vast inventory, customized search options, extensive information, price transparency, round-the-clock customer service, and easy access to multiple agencies. <\/em><\/p>\n

This worldwide shift towards online advertising has led to a decline in print classified ads, with investors relying on online searches to explore organic and advertisement-based listings, property portals, apps, and agency locations. The UAE stands out in the MENA market with a high volume of real estate-related Google queries<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Envisioning The Future<\/h2>\n

We further asked, \u201cHow do you envision the future of your industry?\u201d<\/p>\n

Anthony shared, \u201cEvery quarter, we have a very big event coming into the world. I’ve been seeing lots of huge companies moving to Dubai, like Binance and FTX. Dubai is like the new Crypto adoption place. Everyone is welcome here to learn, to be here, to have their businesses, and for that reason, lots of companies are coming here and setting up their business, which is mostly AI and augmented reality, and a lot is happening here. For the upcoming years, I know it’s all good news; the city is being built in a way to be welcoming to everyone who wishes to have a very decent life in Dubai.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Challenging phases are an inevitable part of every business journey. So, we asked, \u201cWhat have been some of the most significant hurdles you’ve encountered in your business, and how did you address them?\u201d<\/p>\n

Anthony replied, \u201cThere were several occasions where I had considered quitting several times, but challenges are always a necessary component of any achievement. I asked myself why I had ever started in the first place to overcome those pessimistic ideas. I’ll keep going and keep concentrating hard to reach my objectives<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n
