Private developer Amwaj Development launched its first project in Dubai to capitalize on the growing demand for real estate.<\/p>\n
In Meydan, The Starlight Park is a four-building freehold complex with 172 apartments, comprising studio, one, and two-bedroom options.<\/p>\n
Starlight Park is expected to be finished in the second quarter of 2026.
\nThis year, the developer intends to introduce a couple more projects totaling more than 1.5 million square feet.<\/p>\n
Over the past three years, Dubai’s real estate industry has expanded quickly, and we believed it was time to build a solid foundation in this sector, which is predicted to keep growing for many years. According to Amwaj Development CEO Murad Saleh, “Starlight Park is the first of several new projects that we plan to develop with our existing land bank and through the acquisition of new plots in Dubai’s most popular areas.”<\/p>\n
According to the initial data disclosed by Cavendish Maxwell’s Property Monitor, a new property project in Dubai is launched every eighteen hours on average. In March 2024, around 30 projects totaling 10,000 units were introduced by domestic and international developers.<\/p>\n
Each apartment is exclusive to features such as an everyday outdoor garden paradise, a rooftop pool, a fitness center, a rooftop movie theater, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, yoga and boxing studios, paddle tennis courts, EV charging stations, and a resident’s lounge.<\/p>\n
