His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE’s vice president, prime minister, and ruler of Dubai, announced a government reorganization with the approval and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the country’s president. The reorganization includes the creation of a “Ministry of Family” and the promotion of the “Ministry of Community Development” to the position of “Ministry of Community Empowerment.
His Majesty “We announce today a government reshuffle that includes the establishment of the ‘Ministry of Family,’ as per the directives of my brother, the President of the United Arab Emirates, and with his approval,” Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum stated. Her Excellency Sana Bint Mohammad Suhail will lead this new ministry. Her years of devoted service in government and her vast knowledge of early childhood development, family welfare, and assisting individuals with tenacity make her exceptionally equipped for this important position.
His Majesty “Family is a national priority, the cornerstone of our progress, and the foundation of our nation’s future,” Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum continued. During the recent Annual Government Meetings, the UAE President emphasized the need for comprehensive national programs. These programs should increase fertility rates while also empowering families, promoting growth, and enhancing their cohesion and stability.
