The complexities of time, place, and history as they relate to the emirate of development, construction, architecture, arts, literature, education, health, food security, and the environment will be examined in the 53rd year of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi’s reign and wisdom as Sharjah’s ruler and Supreme Council member.

Simultaneously, Sharjah’s cultural initiative has been continuously improved since the late 1970s and is still going strong now, helping the emirate maintain its improved Arab and global reputation.
With its artistic and creative traditions, administrative uniqueness, and intelligent and effective management, the emirate is headed by a fair and educated ruler who has shown a deep awareness of the community, its history, familial relationships, and geographical features. He is well-versed in the region’s hydrological characteristics, the geography of the clouds.
