The Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, praised UAE-Indian relations on Tuesday after meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi.
It was a joy meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in New Delhi. Earlier in the day, the Crown Prince of Dubai arrived in India for a two-day visit at Prime Minister Modi’s invitation.
After meeting with Modi, he wrote on X, “Our discussions reaffirmed the strength of UAE- India ties, which are based on trust, modeled by history, and motivated by a shared vision to create a future full of opportunity, innovation, and lasting prosperity.
The Crown Prince of Dubai, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, was a pleasure to meet. Dubai has contributed greatly to the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between India and the UAE. After the meeting, Modi said on X, “This special visit reiterates our longstanding friendship and opens the door for even greater cooperation in the future.”
Sheikh Hamdan, the Crown Prince of Dubai, is traveling to India for the first time with a high-level corporate group, senior government officials, and multiple ministries. Modi gave the visiting dignitary a working lunch, and the Crown Prince met with Rajnath Singh, the minister of defense, and S. Jaishankar, the minister of external affairs (EAM).
