Corporate Tax Law Regulations are Highlighted by Sharjah Chamber

A workshop on the business tax system in the United Arab Emirates has been organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). The course included a thorough rundown of the frameworks and legal and procedural parts of the UAE’s new corporation tax law, with the goal of assisting attendees in navigating it.

The purpose of the program was to further the knowledge of public and private sector employees regarding the business environment in the United Arab Emirates and tax compliance. This was done in line with the Sharjah Chamber’s mission.

A workshop covering the UAE corporate tax regime’s legal, accounting, and technological aspects was organized in partnership with Kashwani Law Firm. It included important highlights and instructions to enable attendees traverse it easily and comprehended.

The session covered corporate tax computations and calculations, tax return preparation and filing, and tax compliance procedures. It concluded with a discussion of tax infractions and the processes that must be followed when violating the Corporate Tax Law.

In the final section of the session, tax offenses and the necessary processes for handling violations and infringements of the Corporate Tax Law were discussed.

In his remarks, Ali Al Jari, Director of the Sharjah Exports Development Centre (SEDC) of the SCCI, reaffirmed the emirate’s business sector’s flexibility and plenty of legal benefits, competitive advantages, and privileges.
