I’ve been studying cryptocurrency since 2017 and investing in it for the previous two years. Prior to last December, I had hardly seen someone who truly understood what was happening in this field, much less someone who was actively involved.
That changed at last year’s Bitcoin MENA conference, which was my first of its kind and where I met my folks. While most people are still unaware, speaker after speaker confirmed what I had been feeling but wasn’t quite certain of: that a new, unstoppable, and unmistakable financial ecosystem is growing.
In the late 1990s, I attended a rudimentary weekend HTML coding course back in Canada, so I understand. � Nothing like that was happening in my group, and I wondered if I was a little crazy. If I was, though, then my enjoyable classmates were, too. � Even though I didn’t study HTML or engage in any online initiatives, I left with enough knowledge to comprehend what was going on when newsrooms began to go digital a few years later. Now, everything feels very familiar. Everywhere I turn, every day, I see indications of a paradigm change.
