High net worth individuals are drawn to the enormous residences available in DAMAC Hills 2, with 6-bedroom villas being the most sought-after rental properties, closely followed by 3-bedroom villas. Similarly, two-bedroom flats have been in high demand, with their rental value rising by an amazing 44% in just three quarters.
