In order to launch the “du Business Entrepreneurship Programme,” du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC), announced on Monday that it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with DIFC Innovation Hub. The program’s goal is to offer significant support to entrepreneurs and start-ups by emphasizing innovative programs and initiatives that foster innovation within the UAE’s business ecosystem.
An professional hub for SMEs and start-ups, the “Entrepreneurship Hub” is anchored within the DIFC Innovation Hub at “Innovation One.” A carefully planned workshop schedule that is in line with the goals of the business community reinforces du’s strategic role in advancing the UAE’s forward-thinking economic objectives.”SMEs and start-ups are the backbone of Dubai’s economy and the driving force behind innovation and job creation,” said Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer, DIFC Authority. More than a thousand FinTech and innovation firms, as well as a dynamic ecosystem advancing the future of finance, are already based in the DIFC. As they unite to unleash their growth potential, the next generation of leaders participating in the “du Business Entrepreneurship Programme” will gain access to this expanding network of top talent from around the globe.
