A Dubai-based consultancy is hiring for positions that pay up to Dh45,000, including house managers, pet nannies, and sober coaches for wealthy families in the United Arab Emirates. Many of these positions are not posted on public job boards to protect privacy.
The founder of Mama Consultancy, Lynsay Kilbane, described the positions that her company hires people for. Speaking to Khaleej Times, she stated, “We primarily focus on nannies, maternity nurses, and governesses, along with butlers, chefs, and house managers.” “We have recently been asked to fill a number of unusual positions, such as sober coaches, pet nannies, and full-time masseuses.
The monthly salary range for childcare positions is Dh20,000 to Dh30,000, according to Lynsay. “Depending on the role, scope of work, and location, house and estate managers can demand salaries ranging from Dh30,000 to Dh45,000, which puts them at the top of the pay scale. For instance, employers are typically very giving in Saudi Arabia. Families are footing the bill for knowledgeable, well-trained professionals ready to be adaptable, discreet, and perform to the best of their abilities in their roles.
