The leading provider of satellite solutions in the UAE, Al Yah Satellite Communications Company (Yahsat), hosted a high-level forum with multiple ministries of the Zimbabwean government and demonstrated its most recent space technology live.
The forum was held in collaboration with Satcom Technologies, a newly appointed partner of Yahsat in Zimbabwe, to investigate potential opportunities for satellite communications in the African nation. The occasion occurred on July 17 at the Hyatt Regency in Harare, and prominent Zimbabwean government delegates attended.
The forum covered how communities can be connected to vital online services through Yahsat’s cutting-edge space technology. Additionally, representatives from Zimbabwe participated in several live presentations showcasing Yahsat’s most recent e-learning and telemedicine offerings.
The attendees learned firsthand about the critical effects of Yahsat’s goods and services and how the Zimbabwean government can use space technology to further its goals for advancing the health and education sectors.
“Satcom is excited about our strategic partnership with Yahsat, which enables us to deliver much-needed solutions to our target sectors,” stated Tafadzwa Collins Semu, CEO of Satcom Technologies. Several ministries of the Zimbabwean government expressed a great deal of interest in us during the forum.
