RIYADH: According to the Saudi Press Agency, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met on Wednesday in Jeddah. The meeting covered developments in the Ukrainian-Russian crisis and the state of relations between Saudi Arabia and Ukraine.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the crown prince reaffirmed the Kingdom’s eagerness and support for any international initiatives and efforts aimed at resolving the crisis. The leaders also talked about how to lessen the crisis’s effects on humanitarian issues. Zelensky conveyed gratitude for the Kingdom’s endeavors in this context.
When Zelensky arrived in the seaside city earlier on Wednesday, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, the deputy governor of the Makkah Region, welcomed him.
