A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been inked by UAE authorities and India Assist, a real-time travel help service, to launch its overseas arm, UAE Assist. Upon arrival, the company will provide any UAE visa holders free travel support. This covers emergency guidance, on-the-ground assistance, and real-time support.
Additionally, the expansion is anticipated to increase revenue and foster further growth. The UAE launch, according to Harish Khatri, Founder and Managing Director of India Assist and UAE Assist, represents a significant turning point in the company’s international expansion. Soon, India Assist intends to open other countries. Events include the MahaKumbh and MotoGP have previously been funded on the platform.
Travellers can get ground help and real-time resolution through India Assist’s proprietary app-based service. It is now getting ready to expand internationally after operating throughout India.
