Infosys Q4 Results 2024: The IT giant exceeded market forecasts on Thursday by revealing a net profit of Rs 7,969 crore for the fourth fiscal quarter of FY 2023–2024. Infosys also declared a one-time dividend of Rs 8 per share and a final dividend of Rs 20 per equity share. In a regulatory filing, the company reported a profit of Rs 6,128 crore for the same period last year.
Infosys’s consolidated revenue climbed by 1.3% to Rs 37,923 crore in the reported quarter from Rs 37,441 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. For the fiscal year 2025, the company projects revenue growth of 1-3 percent in constant currency.
Net profit increased by 8.9% to Rs 26,233 crore from Rs 24,095 crore in the fiscal year that ended in March 2024. The yearly income from operations grew by 4.7 cents, from Rs 1,46,767 crore to Rs 1,53,670 crore in fiscal year 2024.
The business also announced the purchase of engineering, research, and development (ER&D) services provider In-Tech Holding GmbH.
Analysts had predicted that Infosys would release moderate Q4 results, predicting either a flat performance or a sequential decline in revenue for the second consecutive quarter. Additionally, experts projected that its guidance for FY2024–2025 would likewise err on the side of conservatism.
