Antônio Miranda responds, “Having had the experience of working in various sectors, including the F&B industry and retail, events, services, franchising, telecommunications, and education, has sharpened my ability to generate creative innovations and sustainable results.
My time in the education sector, in particular, stood out for its experience in digital transformation, where I applied agile methods, data-driven approaches, and consumer-focused decisions to create competitive differentiators. This experience reinforced my entrepreneurial nature and my holistic view of business.
At Gelato Borelli, as CEO, my mission is to propel the company to new heights by applying a hands-on approach, focused on people and results. Sustainability will be a key factor, with greener practices in production and packaging. In addition, the customer experience will continue to evolve, with more interactivity and immersion in stores, but humanized service and relationships will always be a differentiator.” He added.

We’ve tackled this by focusing on the Core Business, training and developing the team, constantly listening to customers and franchisees, having efficient resource management and effective communication to ensure the whole team is involved and prioritized.”

Antônio Miranda shared, “I believe it was from my grandfather Miranda, after whom I am named, a born businessman: “Prioritize the people and culture of your company above all else.
