We recently had the opportunity to interview SAYRAO Molder, Founder of MMEEZZ Global, a company dedicated to wellness and healthcare innovation. With a growing presence in diverse regions, the company reaches customers through digital platforms, live streaming, and B2B partnerships. At MMEEZZ Global Australia, Molder leverages her expertise to lead medical device registration and regulatory compliance, as well as sales and distribution in the Australian market. She even manages sales activities in Qatar, Dubai (UAE), Kazakhstan, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Currently working in Kazakhstan and the Central Asian market, Molder is collaborating with TikTok MCN agencies to recruit, train, and support the growth of 1,000 creators who are expected to reach 1M+ followers in the future.
Parallel to this, MMEEZZ Global works closely with brands, helping them enter the Central Asian market efficiently by connecting creators with real product sales and conversion, reshaping the entire ecosystem. From covering medical devices, including registration, sales, and channel development within Kazakhstan’s public hospital system, the company’s third business pillar is a cross-border marketplace, where over 300 brands from Australia and New Zealand are preparing to enter the platform.
Molder is also in the process of establishing the first foreign-founded women entrepreneurs association in Kazakhstan, to support women who want to start their own businesses or careers, and empower them to build economic independence, connect with brands, and learn systematic, practical approaches to entrepreneurship. Through the association, and with access to government resources and local channels, Molder’s aim is simple: to offer a simplified, cost-efficient, and optimized pathway for market entry.
Spark Behind the Journey
We started the interview by asking, “Can you walk us through your professional journey and what inspired you to start your business?”
SAYRAO Molder shared, “I was born in Toli County, Tacheng, Xinjiang, and I am part of one of China’s ethnic minority communities. My passion for multiculturalism and music shaped my early worldview. After graduating from Tianjin University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2010, I worked at China Telecom Xinjiang for three years.
In 2014, my husband and I moved to Sydney, where I pursued postgraduate studies at Macquarie University, while my husband financially supported me through the entire process. During my time in Australia, I gained diverse experience—from health supplement and luxury retail sales to brand strategy, brand development, and marketing. From 2018 to 2021, I supported over 360 Australian brands in entering the Chinese market by developing strategies and driving product sales.
In 2021, I founded my own company and built a large sales network in Xinjiang, distributing high-quality products from Australia and New Zealand. By 2023, our business expanded into two new areas: launching our own Australian health brand in China and supporting Chinese medical equipment companies with market research, early-stage market entry, and channel development in Australia.”
Values at the Root of the Company
Intrigued to learn the guiding vision and values that shaped Molder’s company’s mission and growth, we asked her to share the same.
She mentioned, “We seize every opportunity, operate with full legal and regulatory compliance, and allow growth to take time—but we do not allow repeated mistakes. These principles guide every decision we make.”
Balancing Goals with Business Requirements
We then asked, “How do you balance long-term goals with short-term business challenges?”
“Long-term goals require a professional team, time, and systematic development. Short-term gains bring immediate financial breakthroughs. Leadership must clearly understand that both are essential and must be managed in parallel,” Molder explained.
Navigating through Challenges
Challenges are a part of every business. To learn more from Molder, we asked, “What major challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?”:
SAYRAO Molder explained, “When expanding into new countries, we often faced cultural and language barriers, as well as unfamiliar business environments. These factors slowed our timelines and limited our control. Over time, we trained clients to adapt to our workflow—we now set clear deadlines for responses, and partners have gradually adjusted to our pace and expectations.”

Blending Innovative Practices with Technology
Embracing innovative solutions is the key to staying ahead of the curve. We asked Molder, “How do you integrate innovation and technology to stay ahead in your industry?”
She replied, “We are still developing in terms of innovation, but technology-wise, we have implemented AI customer service systems to significantly reduce labor costs.”
Empowered Employees and Clients
Satisfied employees and clients are the backbone of the success of any business. To learn Molder’s approach, we asked, “What strategies do you use to maintain strong customer and employee engagement?
SAYRAO Molder mentioned, “Engagement starts with full trust and recognition of our employees. Giving them confidence and decision-making authority increases their sense of responsibility. When employees feel empowered, clients can sense the professionalism and culture of our company, which accelerates communication and leads to faster deals.”
Milestones in the Process
Interested to learn about a recent milestone that demonstrates Molder’s company’s growth, we asked her to share a glimpse of the same.
“Our recent achievements include, securing medical equipment projects in Qatar, Australia, and local hospital upgrade programs, and partnering with TikTok Australia to develop our own livestream influencers for future brand conversions. We even welcomed a major new partner—a Chinese enterprise with 61 years of history and part of the Global Fortune 500, alongside helping Australian and New Zealand brands enter offline markets in Thailand and Qatar,” Molder mentioned.
Words of Wisdom for Beginners
Addressing the beginners in her field, we asked Molder, “What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs entering your field?”
SAYRAO Molder reflected, “Don’t rush success—focus on improving yourself first. Learn to integrate resources, make fast decisions, and execute quickly. Opportunities don’t come easily, and when they appear, you must commit fully.”
Crafting a Lasting Legacy
Lastly, we asked, “How would you like your business to be remembered in the future?”
“We would like to be remembered as the most reliable medical equipment company in Australia—one that gives back to society through donations and community support,” Molder added.
