Despite a successful sports career, Toni Moral always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit, leading him to build businesses that made Bitcoin more accessible to the masses in a fun way.
The Beginning
We started the interview by asking, “Can you walk us through your professional journey and what inspired you to start your business?”
Toni Moral shared, “My professional background is closely linked to sports, competition, and entrepreneurship. I spent many years in high-performance sports, which shaped my mindset around discipline, long-term thinking, and resilience.
Later, I transitioned into building digital projects, where I became increasingly interested in how technology can create new forms of engagement and ownership. The inspiration to start this business came from a simple observation: Bitcoin is a powerful technology, but its adoption depends heavily on user experience. Gaming offered a natural bridge. It allows people to interact with Bitcoin concepts in an intuitive, engaging, and repeatable way.”

We avoid speculative shortcuts and focus on building products that people actually use. Growth, for us, is not just about numbers. It’s about building trust, maintaining coherence, and ensuring that every step forward strengthens the foundation of the project.”

We then asked, “How do you balance long-term goals with short-term business challenges?”
“We are very deliberate about separating vision from execution. The long-term goal is clear, but short-term decisions must keep the company alive and moving forward.
We prioritize milestones that generate learning and distribution rather than chasing premature scale. This means accepting slower growth at times, but with stronger fundamentals. Every short-term decision is evaluated based on whether it brings us closer to the long-term vision or creates unnecessary technical or operational debt,” Toni added.

Challenging phases are a part of every profession. So, we asked Toni Moral, “What major challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?”
Toni Moral replied, “One of the biggest challenges has been building in a space where hype often moves faster than real adoption. It’s easy to overpromise in emerging technologies, especially around Bitcoin and gaming.
We addressed this by focusing strictly on what we could deliver. We shipped early, listened to real users, and iterated based on usage rather than assumptions. Another challenge has been operating with limited resources, which forced us to be extremely focused and creative. That constraint ultimately became a strength.”

Our focus is on lightweight, scalable solutions: simple game mechanics, Bitcoin-native reward systems, and integrations with platforms where users already are. Innovation, for us, is about removing friction, not adding complexity. This approach allows us to stay flexible and adapt quickly as the ecosystem evolves.”

“A recent milestone we are particularly proud of is preparing the launch of our web version on Minijuegos.com, with the objective of scaling from around 1,000 monthly active users to over 10,000.
In parallel, we are integrating our game into Speed Wallet, which gives us direct access to thousands of Bitcoin-native users. These two distribution channels represent a significant step forward, both in reach and in validating our model beyond a niche audience,” Toni added.

Addressing the aspiring professionals in his field, we asked Toni Moral, “What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs entering your field?”
Toni Moral shared, “Focus on building something real before trying to scale it. Avoid shortcuts, especially in industries driven by hype.
Talk to users early, ship imperfect products, and let reality guide your decisions. Most importantly, be patient. Sustainable businesses are built over years, not months, and consistency often matters more than speed.”

Lastly, we asked, “How would you like your business to be remembered in the years to come?”
“I would like it to be remembered as a company that helped normalize Bitcoin through real usage, not speculation.
If people look back and say that our products made Bitcoin more understandable, more accessible, and more human, while staying true to its principles, then we will have done our job well,” Toni responded.
