Mena’s Rapid Growth Creates talent Sourcing Challenges.

The MENA region’s remarkable growth poses a talent-sourcing challenge for businesses, particularly in fields requiring specialized skills. According to a report by Zurich International Life in the Middle East, there is a noticeable talent shortage with critical skill sets for key positions. Talent deficits in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are estimated to be 24% and 30%, respectively.

“It’s worth noting that a significant majority of employers in both countries recognise the medium to significant impact that this talent shortage will have on their business operations,” David Stockton, CEO of Dulsco Group, said in an interview.

Dulsco Group, founded in 1935, has grown to become a global leader in people, environment, talent, and energy recruitment, offering solutions to governments, businesses, and communities in over 70 countries. “Dulsco commenced operations focusing primarily on providing traditional workforce solutions and over the last decade, we’ve evolved by diversifying our services, branching out to encompass a broader spectrum of offerings,” Stockton stated.

In 1996, Dulsco founded an environmental management company. Dulsco Environment provides comprehensive waste management services, including collecting, treating, and disposing municipal and commercial waste.
