Strengthen Documentation a 41% Rise in Customer Registration in the Previous Five Years

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) reported a significant rise in new customer registrations in all sectors of Dubai. Over the previous five years, from 2019 to 2023, the company saw a 41 percent increase in the number of new customers who registered electronically from both the public and private sectors, indicating a growing preference for Empower’s district cooling services.

The company also reported that, compared to the same period last year, 427,114 bill payment transactions were made through the electronic payment channels that Empower and its strategic partners, banks, and financial institutions provided. This represents an 11% increase in bill payment transactions.

Empower’s CEO, Ahmad Bin Shafar, stated that the company’s substantial customer base and steady business growth indicate its short—and long-term goals and demonstrate its dedication to keeping its word to shareholders. As it follows a business model that primarily aims to achieve sustainable growth in its revenues and profits by providing services that are characterised by ease, quality, and competitiveness, he said, this commitment is evident in its seriousness and dedication to continuing the prosperity and growth of its operations and services.
