For 2024, Ajman Sewerage has won the esteemed title of one of the UAE’s Best Workplaces Awards in the Public Sector.
This significant honor, which was given by Great Place To Work, a world leader in workplace culture, highlights the organization’s commitment to creating a work environment where workers can flourish professionally and personally.
Great Place To Work, regarded as the “Gold Standard” in workplace culture evaluation, evaluates workplace practices, employee trust, and organizational culture. By receiving this honour, Ajman Sewerage Biorefinery has become one of the many international organizations praised for putting employee empowerment, well-being, and development first.
Most of the 30 employees polled said that Ajman Sewerage was a great place to work for several reasons, including equity, respect, and fairness regardless of an employee’s background—contributing to a conducive working environment. This was the company’s first time participating in the Great Places to Work Statements index, and it received an overwhelming 97 per cent.
Winning this award is a testament to our conviction that success and innovation largely depend on a contented and driven team. We take great pride in the culture we have created at work, which eventually enables our staff to make significant contributions and advance the company. According to a company spokesperson, Ajman Sewerage is establishing standards for workplace excellence in the United Arab Emirates.
