The Delhi investigation team at the site said that samples collected from the scene will be sent to the forensic laboratory before any conclusions can be made. FSL Officer Mohamad Wahid told ANI, “The samples will be taken to the laboratory, and only after testing can we confirm anything. The complete picture will emerge once the examination is done.” When asked how long the process would take, he replied that results would come “as soon as possible.”
Meanwhile, a relative of one of the victims expressed frustration outside LNJP Hospital, saying they were being denied entry. “No one is giving us any details. We are trying to talk to the police, but they are not sharing information or letting us inside. My brother-in-law, who drives a rickshaw, was among those at the site,” the family member told IANS.
Following the incident, Akasa Air issued an advisory urging passengers to arrive at least three hours before departure, as airports across the country have been placed on high alert. “Due to tightened security checks, passengers must carry valid government-issued photo identification for entry,” the airline said. It added that only one cabin bag up to 7 kg would be allowed, and all travelers would undergo secondary security screening before boarding.
