To discover out, we spoke with Samsung Gulf Electronics’ Head of the Mobile eXperience Division, Fadi Abu Shamat. We discussed the new device’s distinctive features, the UAE’s distinct market trends, and how artificial intelligence is changing the smartphone experience in a talk.
When asked which aspect of the Galaxy S25 he personally liked best, Fadi quickly mentioned Samsung’s multi-modal AI agent, which is a genuinely revolutionary invention. “It’s mind-boggling how AI works across apps,” he said. With this capability, users may utilize natural language to make complicated, multi-step requests, and the phone will carry them out smoothly across many apps.
“Consider asking your S25 to locate the closest performance of your favorite band, check the ticket prices, and set a reminder to purchase them,” Fadi continues. Three separate apps must coordinate for that to happen, but AI now makes it simple.
