The air ambulance company that flew the medevac plane said it had not confirmed any survivors after it crashed in Philadelphia on Friday shortly after takeoff, carrying a kid and five other people.
The Mexican-based Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, which has a US operating licence, said that four crew members, a paediatric patient, and the patient’s mother were on board when the plane crashed. We cannot confirm any survivors at this moment,” the business said in a statement.
After the jet crashed into a densely populated area of the city, state and municipal officials stated late Friday that they were still unable to confirm the number of persons who might have perished on the ground. Witnesses to the collision captured footage of body parts scattered over the streets and inside surrounding residences. CNN said that the Mexican government claimed that everyone on the plane was a Mexican national.
Shai Gold, who works on corporate strategy with Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, told CNN that the youngster was a girl travelling home with Tijuana as her final destination. He added that her mother was on board as well.
