The Dubai Square project, which combines residential and retail alternatives under one roof, was introduced by Emaar Properties in May near Dubai Creek Harbour. The Dubai Square Mall, which is scheduled to open in three years, will be the focal point of this project.
At an astounding cost of Dh180 billion, the under-construction mall is anticipated to be three times larger than Downtown Dubai and to rank as the second-largest retail and leisure destination in the area.
Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar, claims that the Dubai Square Mall will serve the expanding electric vehicle (EV) market by offering facilities designed explicitly for EVs, ensuring a cutting-edge, environmentally friendly shopping experience.
A drive-through mall is the intended destination, which reflects Dubai’s commitment for intelligent and environmentally friendly infrastructure. Even more intriguing is the mall’s use of artificial intelligence to offer practical shopping options.
With its skylights, LED lighting, transparent roofs, and large glass windows, Dubai Square Mall promises an immersive retail experience. A stylish and welcoming atmosphere for guests will be created by the green landscaping that complements the mall. Each of the malls that Emaar has built in Dubai offers distinctive dining, entertainment, and retail options.
