The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) and the National Security Institute signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Central Bank’s Abu Dhabi headquarters to collaborate on security issues such as protection, awareness, occupational safety, and health.
The MoU intends to improve collaboration and coordination in theoretical and practical training for workplace security, safety, and occupational health, as well as to establish cooperative activities between the two parties.
The MoU was signed by Saif Al Dhaheri, Assistant Governor for Banking Operations and Support Services at the CBUAE, and Nahyan Al Tunaiji, CEO of the National Security Institute, in the presence of executives from both organizations.
Saif Al Dhaheri stated, “The Central Bank is committed to creating a safe working environment by raising awareness of safety and quality systems in organizational performance and equipping specialist teams with the information, competence, and abilities required to cope with a variety of circumstances. This Memorandum of Understanding indicates the Central Bank’s commitment to implementing cutting-edge security measures and international standards. It will broaden the opportunities for mutual benefit from shared experiences and talents.
