The Honourable On Thursday, Li Qiang, the Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, met with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister, and ruler of Dubai.
The two leaders talked about the expanding strategic partnership between China and the UAE and looked into new ways to deepen their relationship.
The gathering, which was held at Dubai’s Za’abeel Palace, demonstrated the consistent development of UAE-China relations under the direction of Chinese President Xi Jinping and UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, as well as several ministers and high-ranking officials, attended the meeting.
Sheikh Mohammed emphasised how proud the UAE is of its solid alliance with China. He emphasised that China and the UAE can collaborate to forge new paths towards a prosperous future for the entire world. In order to better serve the interests of the citizens of both countries, His Highness emphasised the UAE’s commitment to expanding cooperation in trade, tourism, renewable energy, technology, education, and culture.
