Residents of a recently announced luxury residence in the United Arab Emirates will enjoy premium amenities such as exclusive private air-conditioned parking boxes with their own charging stations. When finished, the ICONIC Tower, the tallest building in Dubai Internet City, will combine technology and design to make sure that its parking spots can also be used as lounges.
“Our climate-controlled parking solutions offer VIP parking boxes with air conditioning, personalized access, and EV charging stations,” The CEO of MERED, the company that developed the iconic tower, Diana Nilipovscaia; the seamless, temperature-controlled transition from car to home is made possible by the parking spaces’ direct connection to the elevator lobby. “This minimizes dust accumulation, protects the car from humidity, and maintains a comfortable internal temperature, especially during summer,” said Nilipovscaia.
In order to ensure the comfort of both residents and their vehicles, these areas also provide a garage living experience with entertainment options like TVs, music, and game consoles.”
Italian design company Pininfarina, known for creating some of the most iconic automobiles in history, including Maserati and Ferrari, created the parking structure. The design house has given the parking spaces, which will have high-end metallic and wooden finishes and sporty aesthetics in keeping with its style.
