The global Indian electrical equipment business Havells India Limited has just lately realized how important it is to take action to safeguard its intellectual property rights in the United Arab Emirates.
In less than ten months, a favorable judgment was obtained and upheld all the way to the appellate court in the enforcement action taken against a well-known trader who was found to be dealing in fake Havells items! Tuesday, July 25, 2023, in Sharjah: The Sharjah Economic Development Department and Sharjah Police joined forces with the Brand Protection team of Havells India Limited, an Indian multinational electrical equipment company that produces fans, modular switches and wiring accessories, water heaters, industrial and domestic circuit protection switchgear, LED lighting, and lighting for domestic, commercial, and industrial applications.
