The Dubai Financial Experts Program was started by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) with the goal of cultivating the next wave of Emirati leaders who will propel innovation in financial institutions in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and around the world.
In partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), the curriculum is being offered to graduate Emirati leaders. The program aims to improve Emiratis’ leadership qualities, entrepreneurial mindsets, and knowledge, skills, and capacities in the financial services industry.
In accordance with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai continues to train and empower its creative Emirati talents by giving them access to the best knowledge and experience, according to Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and President of DIFC.
Sheikh Maktoum emphasised that the program supports the objective of establishing specialised programs that teach national leaders capable of enhancing the UAE’s standing as a major global economic hub and accomplishing the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
