ANAX Developments, Dubai’s top real estate developer, has officially started building on its flagship project, ELLE Residences Dubai Islands. This monumental development is ELLE’s first residential project in the Middle East and its second globally, following the brand’s Miami tower.
Senior ANAX executives, major stakeholders, industry leaders, and media representatives all attended the groundbreaking ceremony. ELLE Residences, which is set to be completed in Q4 2027, will feature 91 apartments and 7 unique townhouses with direct beachfront access.
To assure the greatest construction quality, ANAX Developments has selected International Foundation Group (IFG), one of the UAE’s premier geotechnical and foundation engineering professionals, as the enabling works contractor for ELLE Residences.
Satish Sanpal, founder and chairman of ANAX Holding, stated, “The start of construction at ELLE Residences demonstrates our dedication to fulfilling our promises. We are pleased to see this initiative enter its next phase.” He also stated: “We strongly believe in the UAE and its future, which is why we will continue to invest and build in this country.”
