The premier thought leadership forum, which represents the aerospace, aviation, space, and defence sectors, will work to accelerate investments to promote increased sustainability, youth engagement, and innovation for the sector.
The summit is a pivotal gathering of the global aerospace supply chain, chaired by CEOs, that brings together top government and industry executives to develop partnerships and strategies. The two-day event is scheduled for September 25–26 at the St. Regis, Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
The UAE’s status as a premier aerospace hub has been cemented by the Global Aerospace Summit since its inaugural edition in 2012, and the aviation sector is now a significant contributor to economic expansion.
The 2024 edition will focus on a number of goals intended to advance the sector and solve global aerospace issues, including investigating novel approaches to improve strategic and technological capacities, draw capital, fortify domestic SMEs in the aerospace supply chain, and underscore environmental responsibility.
Panel discussions will centre on creating the nation’s defence industrial system, supporting the aviation industry in the area, accepting environmental responsibility for a greener future, and maximising airport infrastructure for expansion in the future.
