On Thursday, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The meeting began the UAE Top Diplomat’s formal visit to New Delhi to attend the Fourth UAE-India Strategic Dialogue and the India-UAE Joint Commission Meeting.
Sheikh Abdullah greeted PM Modi on behalf of President Sheikh Mohamed, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and other UAE officials. Sheikh Abdullah took satisfaction in the UAE and India’s long-standing and solid relationship.
According to Sheikh Abdullah, the two countries have developed a special kind of privileged relationship for more than 50 years, based on mutual respect, trust, and common interests.
He emphasized the significance of the Fourth UAE-India Strategic Dialogue and the India-UAE Joint Commission Meeting, highlighting the two nations’ dedication to advancing their developmental agendas and fortifying their strategic cooperation.
During the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah expressed his delight at visiting India and conveyed his best wishes for the Indian people’s continued progress and prosperity. The discussions included a range of topics related to the long-standing friendship ties and the comprehensive strategic partnership between the UAE and India.
