The 38-story residential tower’s construction timeline is 36 months, with the groundbreaking scheduled for June 28, 2024. The handover is scheduled for Q2 2027, and the new project offers more than 50 amenities to its residents.
With 278 opulent apartments, including studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units, Electra is designed to resemble the blue-white star in the Taurus constellation.
