The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2025) was formally opened this morning at the Dubai World Trade Center by Engineer Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Over 300 domestic and foreign exhibitors from 85 countries are participating in the expo, which runs until April 16 and is anticipated to draw over 25,000 visitors.
In keeping with the emirate’s overarching goal of innovation and sustainability, this year’s event further solidifies Dubai’s rising stature as a major international center for real estate investment. Importantly, the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, a forward-looking framework that the Dubai Government has adopted to strengthen market transparency, encourage innovation, and establish a sustainable, integrated investment environment, was introduced concurrently with IPS 2025.
“Our continued commitment to empowering the real estate sector by creating efficient channels of communication between all stakeholders is reflected in the organization of IPS by Dubai Land Department as a strategic partner,” he said in his keynote address.
The Dubai Land Department’s exposition booth serves as an integrated model for coordinating the activities of government agencies engaged in creating and managing the real estate ecosystem. To promote the sector’s sustainable growth, it unites the Dubai Rental Disputes Center and Dubai Municipality under a single goal.
