His Majesty The Sharjah Private Education Authority’s (SPEA) organizational structure was approved by an Emiri Decree issued by Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the ruler of Sharjah and a member of the Supreme Council. The SPEA organizational structure that is related to this Decree must be approved according to the Decree.
The Executive Council was also required to make decisions based on the following: the Authority’s detailed organizational structure; the decisions required to carry out the current Decree, such as approving the job descriptions of SPEA organizational units’ tasks in line with its competencies; and the creation, merger, or cancellation of any organizational units that fall under the departments listed in the organizational structure.
In addition, Sheikh Sultan signed an Emiri Decree approving the Sharjah Municipality’s (SM) main organizational framework.
According to the Decree, the Sharjah Executive Council will make decisions regarding the details of the municipality’s organizational structure, the creation, merger, or elimination of any organizational units under the departments listed in the general organizational structure, and the approval of job descriptions for the tasks of the municipality’s organizational units under their competencies. The Decree also stated that the Sharjah Municipality’s general organizational structure will be approved.
