He was recently awarded the Sword of Honour for international students and first place in academic and applied military studies, making him the first Emirati graduate to receive both honors. President Sheikh Mohamed congratulated him on his recent graduation from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom.
The President said he was proud of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and all Emiratis who represent the nation and its youth through their hard work and perseverance during the meeting, which was held Tuesday at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi. He added that his accomplishments demonstrate that Emirati youth can succeed academically and professionally. The president of the United Arab Emirates also wished him luck in his service to his nation.
