She shares, “One of the biggest challenges in this journey has been resource creation for business growth, apart from being accepted as a leader in the field. Moreover, balancing professional and personal lives as a young founder and mother, was equally challenging.”

Speaking of her latest initiatives to boost cross-border collaborations and strong partnerships through the Impactful Leadership Program, Nousheen mentions, “Recently, in partnership with the Women in Management Africa organization, we organized industry visits for women from different parts of Africa in the UAE, assisting them to understand leadership approaches in businesses, aligning with the vision of the Impactful Leadership Program.”
Also, at Expo 2020 Dubai, Nousheen played a crucial role in helping African women entrepreneurs connect with the business opportunities in the UAE. Rather than limiting it to the expo, she continues to organize development-centric visits and organize industry-based learning for various government and private delegations internationally to date.
Milestones in the Journey
Nousheen Mukhtar has received numerous accolades and honors for her commendable role in empowering leaders across industries. Amidst the various milestones, Nousheen believes one of the notable milestones is creating opportunities for African executives and even government officials, for seasonal industry visits to the UAE.
“Another milestone is creating a flow of business expansion possible for various growing businesses from Europe, America, and Africa to the UAE. We are proud of the fact that the Impact Leadership Program has a global impact; its members are from 46 different countries, and now, with our international conferences starting from 2025, we are looking at broader avenues of impact,” Nousheen mentions. The leadership program is open to all, and she believes it is a huge achievement to have an impactful role across industries and demographics.
