We cannot precisely predict the future job market with job automation. But experts say that we will see a tremendous increase in the efficiency and collectivity of work using these features. However, human manpower continues to get wasted even in the near future. The best solution to this problem is for humans to get educated about the industrial revolution and automation and utilize their skills and labor to improve it.

 Automation has significantly impacted the work market, both favorably and unfavorably. On one side, automation has increased productivity and efficiency in various industries, allowing companies to produce more goods and services while employing fewer people. And on the other side, it has destroyed the economic conditions of various humans in the job market. We must remember that not all jobs or regions will see the exact effects of automation; instead, it will depend on the type of job, the industry, the location, and the labor force’s abilities.
