We recently had the privilege of interviewing Dr. Hanane Aouri, a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, philanthropist, and the Founder and CEO of Victoria Royal Investment, a real estate company that focuses on developing luxury, contemporary, and high-tech real estate projects.
In the past decade, Dr. Aouri diversified investments in real estate, health tech, beauty, medical aesthetics, financial services, legal consulting, education, AI, and emerging technologies. In this insightful interview, Dr. Aouri shares her experience and journey in this field.

We started the interview by asking, “Can you walk us through your professional journey and how it led to where you are today?”
Dr. Hanane Aouri shared, “I started my entrepreneurial journey at 18, driven by a passion to make a difference. Over the years, I’ve invested in various sectors including defense, AI, health tech, real estate, edtech, and the legal sector. Today, I manage Victoria Royal Investment Group, focusing on luxury real estate projects, and run the World Medical Aesthetic Clinic and Academy.
I’m also a board member at Stallion AI Defense, World AI University, and GeminaiX Labs. My journey has been about learning by doing, overcoming challenges, and constantly pushing myself beyond my comfort zone.”

We wanted to learn about the challenges faced by Dr. Hanane Aouri’s business and how she overcame them. So, we asked, “Reflecting on your career, what have been some of the most significant challenges you’ve faced, and how did you overcome them?”
Dr. Hanane Aouri said, “One major challenge has been balancing my entrepreneurial ambitions with my family life. Running multiple businesses can be overwhelming, and it often feels like a juggling act.
With the unwavering support of my husband, I managed to find a balance. His belief in my dreams and his help at home allowed me to focus on my work and achieve significant milestones, particularly in real estate investment and development. This journey taught me that with love and support, no challenge is too big.”

“Balancing long-term vision with short-term needs requires clear planning and flexibility. I set big goals and break them down into smaller, actionable steps. This way, my team and I can focus on immediate tasks while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Regular check-ins and adjustments ensure we stay on track and adapt as needed.” Hanane shared.

Ultimately, I hope to leave behind a legacy of making a meaningful difference in every field I’ve touched.” Hanane concluded.
