Gulf Craft and the Dubai Maritime Authority at the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation have signed a strategic partnership agreement to streamline client procedures for maritime vessel registration services.
Gulf Craft’s deputy managing director, Abeer Alshaali, and Sheikh Dr. Saeed bin Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, executive director of the Dubai Maritime Authority, signed the agreement.
To improve cooperative efforts in this area, the parties agree to collaborate to create a single platform that will facilitate the registration and licensing of maritime vessels in Dubai. Customers can now buy marine vessels from Gulf Craft sales locations and register them directly using the electronic system of the Dubai Maritime Authority, all under the terms of the signed agreement’s legal framework.
According to Sheikh Saeed, signing the agreement with Gulf Craft is in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. According to Sheikh Saeed, this helps achieve government goals to streamline procedures for clients and offer the greatest possible experience for everyone interacting with the Dubai government.
