An important turning point in the world leader’s dedication to innovation and professional involvement has been reached with the opening of an Experience Centre bearing the Laticrete brand in the United Arab Emirates. The new factory is situated in Sharjah’s Rolla sector and was opened by PrimeTech Trading Establishment, a well-known regional supplier of building supplies. It is the nation’s first dealer-established Laticrete Experience Centre of its kind. For construction professionals, the centre provides a practical, system-focused learning environment.
Maged Nasr, general manager of Al Nahda Engineering Consultancy, Ritesh Singh, regional head of Laticrete Middle East and Africa, and Al Waleed Khalid Ahmed bin Khadim Al Nuaimi, chairman of PrimeTech, oversaw the ceremonial opening.
The experience centre is a hands-on, system-focused setting for construction professionals, designed as a dynamic platform for knowledge transfer and hands-on learning. From surface preparation and waterproofing to tile adhesives, stain-resistant grouts, decorative finishes, and next-generation technologies like 3d-printing mortars and lightweight adhesives, the area highlights Laticrete’s extensive range of integrated building solutions. Visitors may look closely at product applications, performance traits, and industry best practices through live demonstrations and permanent interactive setups in a safe and convenient environment.
