Brian Eno oversaw the event, and Palestinian artist Malak Mattar served as artistic director.
Along with a number of Palestinian musicians, such as Nai Barghouti, Elyanna, Adnan Joubran, Faraj Suleiman, and rapper El Far3i, the eclectic lineup featured artists Portishead, Gorillaz, Nadine Shah, Neneh Cherry, PinkPantheress, Bastille, Jamie xx, and James Blake.
Actors Richard Gere, Benedict Cumberbatch, Florence Pugh, retired football player Eric Cantona, Chicken Shop Date host Amelia Dimoldenberg, and documentary filmmaker Louis Theroux were among the presenters and speakers.
In addition to other musicians like Billie Eilish, the pre-concert film included actors Cillian Murphy, Joaquin Phoenix, and Brian Cox. They urged audiences to put pressure on their governments and demanded an immediate ceasefire.
