A quarterly Reputation Risk Index was created by sculpting ten dangers that they believe pose the greatest threats to a company’s reputation. This index is expected to improve executives’ capacity to monitor and evaluate new threats.
The most considerable damage to a company’s reputation is if it is even remotely linked to using artificial intelligence maliciously or dishonestly, such as producing deepfakes. This approach is frequently related to disseminating false information and influencing public opinion. According to the article, an unidentified Council member stated, “AI can have an incredible trickle-down effect that may not be reversible if it is not understood or managed in companies.
