The agreement will help the Authority incorporate its supply services into the Ajman government’s “Tawreed” platform.
As per the agreement, the Authority can utilize the “Tawreed” platform to finish every phase of its procurement digitally. This procedure entails releasing buy orders, preparing invoices, obtaining quotes, awarding bids, and issuing tenders and practices.
By creating more opportunities and facilitating the Authority’s suppliers’ ability to submit bids and provide their services with the least amount of time and effort, the agreement marks a significant step towards improving the customer experience.
He emphasized that in order to create offerings that satisfy partners and customers, the Authority is committed to fortifying its partnerships with service departments. He said that the “Tawreed” platform is essential for giving suppliers access to complete information about tenders, allowing them to submit price offers and work on the needed projects.
The “Tawreed” platform acts as a link for managing relationships between government agencies and registered suppliers, offering a sophisticated smart system to speed up digital transformation in government procurement processes.
